Pathetic pun, yes I know. I couldnt help it.
Google have come up with yet another potentially great product: Google Waves. Basically, IM meets Email meets Document Collaberation meets search. I think if they can easily integrate with other services out threm like Facebook, they stand a chance at a killer app. I'm interested in the business potential of this, I think it could do a great deal for inter-office communication. If they throw in their voice/video chat then it's somthing CRM companies should be worried about.
The video is pretty long, but it's worth a good look or two.

Just noticed that the new Google 'Whats Popular' gadget for you iGoogle page has been updated. They've added a settings tabe where you can now share you Google Reader shared items as submissions for what you think it 'popular'.
This is great, I think the 'Whats Popular' gadget has been struggling because of the hassle of having to cut and paste your link to share it with the gadget. Aggregating people's RSS shared items should provide for massiv data stream of popular items.
Whach out Digg... This is going to be big.

I've been waiting for this forever!
The default google bundle was alright for getting started, but I've always wanted to be able to import some of the best mind's rss feeds out there. Blogrolls and shouts arent the best way to aggregate, but imaging if Scott Gunthrie had to bundle his favourite .Net feeds? - add it as a new folder in GReader and sorted! Insight into the insightfull!
Would love to share articles with whomever wants!
Anyway, here's my first bundle: Sofware Development
verdict: most certainly all good.
