Being a web developer for an ad agecy we tend to have a faster turn around time than most traditional web agencies. I go through many sites a year and have probably used roughly 15 different Content Management Systems. Without a doubt, nothing comes clsoe to Kentico CMS in terms of functionality, ease of use and value for money. This is a CMS that is breaking into the scene with a bang and I believe with enough marketing they could soon be a world dominator.
A recent post on their developer blog re-enforced my predictions. A quick rundown of their platform, dev environment, source control software etc. There are so many open source and freeware options out there - thats it's great to se when a company gets the mix just right. Using open source tools means that the client isnt burdend with the cost of the CMS's licence overhead. I would definatly recomend having a quick read through this post and take a page out of their book on developing word class software with the free tools out there.
